Ingredients:
- 2 Cup Romaine
- 1/4 C Corn
- 1/4 C Black beans
- handful of grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- pinch of cilantro, chopped
- spritz of fresh lime juice
- 1 oz gorgonzola (or your favorite cheese-I can’t resist gorgonzola )
Just mix it all together! The combination of flavors are so powerful you won’t even need to add dressing. Promise 🙂
