- 1 1/2 Cups loosely packed fresh parsley
- 1/2 Cup loosely packed fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup EVOO
In a food processor, chop first 5 ingredients. Add olive oil. Continue processing until it reaches a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Can store up to 1 week, keep refrigerated.
